HOLD	Temporary reservation, expiring soon
CONFIRMED	Successful payment & booking
COMPLETED	Service finished
CANCELLED	Merchant or customer cancelled
NO-SHOW	Customer didn’t arrive

Manual Staff Assignment

Merchant may assign staff manually when:

• ServiceSettings = OPTIONAL

• OR HIDDEN

• OR customer skipped staff selection

• OR staff changed later

System verifies:

• Staff availability

• Mapping duration & buffers

• Conflicts

• Max daily limits

If valid → update staffId & times.
